Return to Perth

How different a day today was to yesterday. We woke up to an overcast day and showers predicted for our return to Perth. After enjoying our breakfast and checking out late (our mistake - we thought checkout was midday but it was 10am. - They sent security to rouse us out but bumped into us walking out our front door). It was then on the road for an expected 4-5hr drive back to Perth.

With it raining all the way - we stopped at a small town about midday for a coffee as I was starting to feel quite tired at the wheel and needed a caffeine hit. Back on the road and about another hour or so later I pulled over as even with chewing gum I could feel my eyes wanting to close. Joe took over the driving and saw us the remainder of the way to Burswood Intercontinental. We arrived here about 4pm and headed straight downstairs to the Irish pub for something to eat. There was not much to do as we both felt tired and with it raining outside, we were not able to walk around much.

Last day away and its raining...

We deided to have an easy night, both looking forward to our return flight to Brisbane tomorrow.
