I arrived around 1pm to my hostel in Madrid. The first night I stayed in MuchoMadrid which is a hostel that was located off a street called Gran Via which reminded me a lot of Time Square. The hostel was very clean and the girls that were in my room were real nice. They were either studying/traveling/teaching. I walked around by myself the first day and just got my self lost. I ended up finding the Palacio Real (Royal Place) first. Last time I saw it I didnt see the gardens next to it so I walked down to see the garden and ended up taking a nap on a bench. So relaxing. I walked around some more and saw the Plaza Mayor and the Puterta del Sol and eventually made it back to my hostel. I went out with guys that I met in Minneapolis later that night.  The next day I changed hostels whicih acutally tunred out to be a better location. I met a guy from Austrailia/New Zeland and we walked around to where I stayed last time I was here. I saw the Atocha train station and a big park that I dont know the name off :/ but it was beautiful ! We then walked and got bocadillos (sandwiches) very good ! From there I ended up meeting with some friends that I will be studying with.. Good to see familiar faces :]
